By accessing or using GENEiuX (the “Service”), operated by Anxya Tech Private Limited (“we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must provide accurate information and verify your email address to activate your account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.

The Service uses a credit system. Credits are consumed per generation and other paid actions. Purchased credits are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices and package contents may change.

All intellectual property, copyright and trademarks in the content you generate remain the sole property of you and your organization — not GENEiuX. GENEiuX claims no ownership or rights over your generated work. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including generating unlawful, harmful, or infringing content, or attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform.

GENEiuX produces compliance-oriented outputs (e.g., HIPAA, GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, GDPR references) for guidance only. They do not constitute legal, medical, or regulatory advice. You are responsible for independent validation before relying on any output.

Referral rewards are granted only when a referred user completes a qualifying purchase, subject to anti-abuse checks. We may modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.

The Service integrates third-party providers (e.g., AI model providers, payment and hosting services). Your use of those features may be subject to their terms.

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
